- We collect client's bills or encounter forms. Forms are processed using NDC Medisoft Medical Software and the clients are paid through a direct deposit.

- For the patient with denials and rejections, the reimbursements will be sent directly to the patient's address after resubmission of forms and follow-up of conference calls.

Who Can Use The Service?

- We offer our services to doctor's offices, patients, hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and much more in all 50 states. For those who are located in the Kissimmee area, we offer free pick up of forms.

What is Coding?

- Coding is a vital part of the curriculum of the Medical Billing Specialist. A specialist reads the bills with the codes assigned by the doctors, then transcribes the codes correctly on the specific forms submitted for reimbursements from the insurance companies.
